As VP of Sales, Mark Holmes is responsible for driving sales throughout the U.S. His focus also includes brand development, social media, hiring, and sales training. Mark brings to the position a successful track record of more than 25 years in high profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievement in the Document Management and Printing industry. Mark specializes in helping develop sales professionals to their individual strengths and goals.
Prior to joining Metro Document Solutions, Mark spent over 20 years with IKON Office Solutions. Eighteen of those years were spent in leadership helping to develop numerous Presidents Club winners and as one of only 26 managers at Careerbuilder.com. As one of only 26 Regional managers, he helped develop strategies to help companies like Sodexo, General Dynamics, and Lockheed Martin improve their hiring practices.
Mark earned his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Lehigh University, spends his spare time with family and friends, and works as a professional soccer referee on weekends. He has been a regular volunteer speaking to DC high school students on “Applying management principles to everyday life”.
