Jerry Allen began his career in the Document Solutions Industry in 1988 with the Xerox Corporation upon graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Norfolk State University.
As a Product Specialist Engineer, his responsibilities included training technicians on the importance of providing Great Customer Service. His focus upon starting Metro Document Solutions in 1996 was to employ “Best Practices” as a defining metric in every aspect of what ‘Team Metro” provides and delivers to their clients.
